Plaintiff, a doctor, filed suit against defendant, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan alleging that defendant terminated his employment on the basis of his age in violation of the Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2101 et seq.; MSA 3.548 (101) et seq., and that by terminating his employment defendant breached an employment contract which provided that plaintiff could only be terminated for cause.
