The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction of possession of narcotics with intent to sell in violation of General Statutes § 21a-277 (a). This conviction was based on his conditional plea of nolo contendere, pursuant to General Statutes § 54-94a,1 following the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized from his suitcase at Bradley International Airport...
