Samuel E. Garfield, appellant, and his family, which included his wife and two small children, resided in Chesterland, Ohio. Appellant was regularly employed by Picker X-Ray and on Saturdays at WDMT, a radio station in Geauga County. Mrs. Garfield was employed part-time Saturdays as a cashier at a Pick-N-Pay supermarket in Cleveland.
