ORDER

Petitioner asks this Court to issue a writ of certiorari to review the decision of the Court of Appeals in Sherer v. James, 286 S.C. 304, 334 S.E.2d 283 (Ct. App. 1985). We grant the writ as to questions 1-23 and 25.
