KENNEDY, J.:

Morris E. Johnson appeals an order directing that he be confined in the Barton County jail until such time as he purges himself of contempt of court for failure to pay child support.

Morris and Louise Johnson were married on February 26, 1956. On February 17, 1973, Louise filed a divorce action against Morris and a divorce was granted on July 19, 1973. Custody of the minor children was awarded to Louise, and Morris was ordered to pay child support...
