The Logan Square Neighborhood Association1 (Logan Square) appeals a Philadelphia County Common Pleas Court order which reversed the Liquor Control Board (LCB) and approved the transfer of an existing liquor license to premises at 233-35 N. 23rd Street in Philadelphia.
