ROSENBERGER, J.

Wilson Johnson appeals from a judgment convicting him, following a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and burglary in the first degree, rendered in the Supreme Court, Bronx County, on May 27, 1982. He is presently incarcerated, serving two concurrent sentences of imprisonment of from 6 to 18 years. We find the evidence less than overwhelming and the several trial errors to require reversal...
