PER CURIAM.

Defendant, George Van Kampen, is the land contract vendor of a multiple-unit dwelling in the City of Detroit. Plaintiff, Dorothy Miller, is a land contract vendee of the property by virtue of her purchase of the previous land contract vendee's interest in the property. The property was damaged by fire, and a dispute arose as to how the proceeds of the fire insurance policy should be applied.
