This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, 125 Wis.2d 293, 371 N.W.2d 411 (Ct. App. 1985), affirming the judgment of the circuit court of Outagamie county, Honorable Nick F. Schaefer, circuit judge, convicting Wayne J. Danforth (Defendant) of cruelly maltreating a child, on the morning of July 9, 1983, contrary to sec. 940.201, Stats., 1981-1982.
