The defendant was found guilty by a jury of attempted burglary in the third degree, in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-103.1 The judgment of conviction followed his guilty plea to being a persistent serious felony offender. He appeals, claiming (1) that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction, (2) that there were several errors in the jury charge, and (3) that he was not afforded effective...
