On August 13, 1984, defendant, Robert Jay Blackburne, pled guilty to possession of cocaine, less than 50 grams, in violation of MCL 333.7403(1) and (2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7403)(1) and (2)(a)(iv), and to carrying a concealed weapon, in violation of MCL 750.227; MSA 28.424. On October 8, 1984, defendant was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of not less than two years nor more than four years for possession...
