In count I of a two-count complaint, plaintiffs sought a declaration of their rights under certain amendments to sections 1-103 and 2-101 of the Illinois Human Rights Act (Ill. Rev. Stat., 1984 Supp., ch. 68, pars. 1-103, 2-101). Count II of the complaint requested that the defendants be preliminarily and permanently enjoined from enforcing an order of the Illinois Human Rights Commission...
