Defendants-appellants, Lester Spike and the Exit 11 Budget Motel, Inc., appeal the summary judgment of the trial court finding appellants liable for a real estate commission as well as the amount of the commission.

The appellants entered into a six-month exclusive listing agreement with plaintiffs-appellees, Mahon-Evans Realty, Inc. and John R. Evans. The agreement recited that Evans and his realty company had the exclusive right to sell the property...
