This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment rendered by a state trial referee, Hon. Robert A. Wall, acting as the trial court. The plaintiff is the administrator c.t.a. of the estate of Ann R. Carlson, who was the sister of George L. Forish, Jr., the individual defendant in this case.
