This cause came on for hearing on a motion to dismiss. There were two cases, a petit theft and a criminal trespass, combined since they were companion complaints. Defendant, Scott Crow, is alleged to have committed offenses on June 22, 1983. Summons was issued and signed for by an agent on June 27, 1983. Defendant failed to appear on July 6, 1983. Warrants were issued to the county sheriff, who received the warrants on July 13, 1983. The warrants were executed...
