This is an action brought by corporate creditors of a bankrupt corporation to recover from two officers and owners of the corporation certain sums admittedly due and owing to the plaintiffs for the sale of beef products to the bankrupt corporation. The plaintiffs also sought to recover compensatory and punitive damages for fraud from the two individual defendants...
