We are asked to decide a question about an aviation liability insurance policy. Dennis Wolinski, a student pilot, crashed during a solo flight, damaging the Piper aircraft he was flying and two other aircraft parked on the ground. Rusk Aviation, Inc., owned the two parked aircraft and Employers Casualty Company insured the two aircraft. Shelby Mutual Insurance Company covered the Piper...
