Following a bench trial, defendant was convicted of criminal sexual conduct in the fourth degree, MCL 750.520e; MSA 28.788(5). He appeals as of right.

The complainant testified that on Sunday, August 17, 1980, he and his friend, Emmanuel Hatz, rode their bicycles to defendant's office in West Bloomfield. At the time, complainant was fifteen years of age. A friend of Emmanuel's, Mark Hoffman, was cleaning...
