Defendant, Steven Gregory Warner, was tried by a jury and convicted of four felony counts: first degree murder, aggravated robbery and two counts of theft. The trial court sentenced defendant to a term of life imprisonment for the murder conviction; 10 years for aggravated robbery; 1.87 years for theft and 10 years for theft, all sentences to be served concurrently.
