McLaughlin, from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Seneca County in a divorce action, wherein that court granted a divorce to the plaintiff and made an alimony award dividing property of the parties between the plaintiff and the defendant, Anna H. McLaughlin. The plaintiff's complaint demanded "that he be granted a divorce from defendant * * *, and for such other relief as shall be proper and necessary...
