OPINION

GILBERT, J.

Donald J. Richardson, Jr., appeals a judgment entered July 26, 1984, after the trial court granted the motion of his former wife, Ann E. Richardson, to confirm an oral stipulation to settlement of two consolidated actions pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6.1 We affirm.
