OPINION BY SENIOR JUDGE KALISH, July 24, 1986:

Appellant, Bruce W. Niles, appeals an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County which sustained the preliminary objections of the Warren County Tax Claim Bureau (Bureau). We affirm.
