Plaintiff-appellant, Eunice Foster, is the administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Donald A. Foster. She filed suit in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas against defendants-appellees Gertrude McDevitt and R. L. Wigor, Inc. ("Wigor"), a corporation which owned the Northland Village Apartments.
