This matter is presently before the Court on an interlocutory appeal from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. The defendants in this action appeal the decision of the bankruptcy court denying a jury trial in this matter. 66 B.R. 370 (1986). The liquidating trustee, the plaintiff, has also filed a number of motions seeking to have several of the defendants...
