This action is brought by four of five children against their brother to require him to execute a deed that would make all five children equal owners of certain real property located in Sumner County, Kansas. The property in dispute is hereinafter referred to as to the "River" farm.

This farm was deeded to the two oldest of the five children as joint tenants with right of survivorship on July 1, 1971, by their father, Joseph Potucek, Jr. At the time...
