Defendant-appellant, Wanda R. Wright, was charged with endangering children in violation of R.C. 2919.22(A). After trial to the court, a jury having been waived, she was found guilty and given a five-day suspended sentence on the condition that she complete forty hours of community service.

Appellant has appealed, asserting as her sole assignment of error that the evidence failed to establish that her actions caused a substantial risk to the health...
