George J. DeSantis, Jr. filed this action to recover from Ronald T. Smedley, Small Meadows Corp., Inc., Linda Lauschin, Marvin S. Schwartz, Lewis & Fink, Inc., and Easter Hupertz, the sum of $15,000. Shortly before trial, Smedley, on his own behalf and on behalf of Small Meadows Corp., consented to entry of judgment against them along with interest from the date of judgment.
