PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals from his plea-based convictions for delivery of marijuana, MCL 333.7401(1) and (2)(c); MSA 14.15(7401)(1) and (2)(c), and being an habitual offender, second offense, MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082. Defendant was sentenced to three years probation with six months in jail.
