James L. Boltz, plaintiff-appellant, and Robin L. Boltz, defendant-appellee, were divorced in 1984. James was awarded custody of the two minor children, Julie and Janna, who were at the time of the divorce aged four and two years, respectively. Robin was ordered to pay child support in the amount of $25 per week per child.
