Waite, to recover actual and punitive damages from Larry Adler, a senior vice-president of Midland National Bank of Newton (Midland Bank), and from the bank for alleged fraudulent misrepresentations as to the financial status of Don Goucher Motors, Inc., a new car dealership in Newton.
