OPINION BY JUDGE MacPHAIL, May 8, 1986:

Joseph W. Daugherty (Claimant) appeals an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's decision ordering him to pay his attorney fees. We affirm.
