PER CURIAM.

On August 28, 1984, following a two-day jury trial, defendant, George W. Scobey, was convicted of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, in violation of MCL 750.520b(1)(b); MSA 28.788(2)(1)(b). The trial court subsequently sentenced defendant to serve not less than fifteen years nor more than twenty-five years in prison. Defendant appeals his conviction as or right.
