Appellant Metropolitan Properties, Inc. (hereinafter Metropolitan) purchased a multi-peril insurance policy from Cincinnati Insurance Co. (hereinafter Cincinnati), which covered Metropolitan for, among other things, "any claim made against the insured and caused by any negligent act, error or omission of the insured."
