This is an action for negligence, breach of warranty and breach of contract. National Industries, Inc. is a manufacturer of bifold closet doors. Sharon Steel Corp. supplied National with galvanized cold rolled steel, which National made into doors that it then sold to two Puerto Rican distributors, Lausell Aluminum Jalousies, Inc. and Santurce Subcontracting.
