SMITH, J.

The defendant was indicted for the crime of forcible rape upon a child who had not attained the age of sixteen. He was convicted by a jury of the lesser included offense of statutory rape. The defendant is a black man, and the alleged victim is white. He claims, on appeal, that the judge erred in not advising him of his right to have the prospective jurors interrogated individually as to racial bias.
