Ali Nejad Pahlavani appeals from his conviction in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia of knowingly possessing an identification document that appears to be a Department of Justice Arrival-Departure Record (Form I-94) that was produced without authority, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(6).
