(Slemons) appeals from a jury verdict in favor of Gilchrist on a claim for age discrimination in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (the Act), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, and on a state law claim for breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
