PER CURIAM.

This case involves an action by the Michigan Department of Corrections to obtain reimbursement from an inmate for the cost of maintaining the inmate while housed in a state prison. The statute involved is the Prison Reimbursement Act (now the State Correctional Facility Reimbursement Act), MCL 800.401 et seq.; MSA 28.1701 et seq. Our previous opinion is reported at 132 Mich.App. 648
