Thomas Pegg appeals the district court's decision characterizing him as a constructive trustee of property for the benefit of the United States. Because we hold that the district court properly found that Pegg breached the trust he owed the United States, we affirm the district court's award to the United States of the fair market value of the property at the time Pegg sold it.
