An aggrieved business which had attempted to purchase repossessed collateral held by the Small Business Administration (SBA) obtained a state court default judgment against the SBA and then sought to enforce the judgment against the SBA in federal district court. The state court in rendering judgment had jurisdiction over the SBA and made an award based on the business' claim for damages. Another court of this state would have honored...
