Appellants Benton G. Howard and Rosemary Howard bring this appeal from the judgment of the Greene County Court of Common Pleas granting the motion for summary judgment of appellees City Loan and Savings Company ("City Loan"), John C. Whitacre ("Whitacre") and Vella Brown ("Brown") (together referred to as "appellees"), and dismissing appellants' claim against appellees for invasion of privacy.
