Plaintiff Technicon Instruments Corporation ("Technicon") brings this patent infringement action against defendant Alpkem Corporation ("Alpkem"). Plaintiff asserts that Alpkem's RFA-300 liquid analyzer infringes U.S. Patent No. 3,804,593 ('593). The '593 patent applies to continuous flow analysis of liquid samples.
