PREGERSON, Circuit Judge:

Petitioner Victor Arguelles-Vasquez seeks review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) dismissing an appeal from an Immigration Judge's decision that petitioner was deportable under 8 U.S.C. § 1251(a)(2) for entry into the United States without inspection.1 We have jurisdiction under 8 U.S.C. § 1105a(a). We reverse and remand.
