The United States appeals from a decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA or Board) denying a motion for summary judgment filed by the United States Air Force (Air Force), and granting summary judgment in favor of the nonmoving party, The Boeing Company (Boeing). We affirm.
