HULL, J.

After a trial to a jury, the defendant was convicted of larceny in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-119 (8) and § 53a-124.1 In this appeal from that judgment, she claims that the trial court erred in three respects: (1) in refusing to suppress the fruits of two searches of her home; (2) in failing to declare a mistrial because of alleged jury misconduct;
