In November 1981, plaintiff-appellee Country Shindig Opry, Inc. (Country) purchased a new Cessna P-210 aircraft. After experiencing considerable difficulty with the aircraft, Country flew the airplane to the dealer from whom it was purchased and disclaimed any further obligation to make payments.
