Plaintiff real estate entities sued the defendant trade association and others for monopolization, price fixing, group boycott and the other usual antitrust counts. Plaintiffs were met by denials and a counterclaim for copyright infringement for plaintiffs' unauthorized copying and selling of pages from the defendants' multiple listing book.
