After his pretrial motion to suppress evidence was denied, Candelario Angulo-Lopez entered a conditional guilty plea to two counts of violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute. The district court accepted the plea and entered judgment against Angulo-Lopez. He appeals, asserting that the warrant authorizing the search of his residence was not based on probable cause.
