Plaintiffs bring this action against Bell Helicopter Company, a Division of Textron, Inc. ("Bell") because of the death of James R. Hendrix, Jr. and Andrew W. Burgland on July 8, 1982. The Court bifurcated the issues of liability and damages. The issue of liability was tried before the Court sitting without a jury on January 27-29, 1986.
