This appeal follows a summary judgment upholding the appellee's decision to reduce the appellant's Supplemental Security Income benefits by one-third pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1382a(a)(2)(A), for the eleven-month period during processing of appellant's application for benefits, because during that time she was living in her mother's household and receiving support and maintenance from her.
